Far beyond my level of skill in this department. This is like a photo, particularly in the thumb. I have nothing to point out here for critique lol. I might suggest, though, that you attempt to soften your cross-hatching in a picture or two by blending, to make it a little less apparent that it's hand-drawn. You really don't need to in terms of making it look "better" as x-hatching is a style by itself, but it might be something to test your limits with, as you seem to have reached a level of mastery in your current form when it comes to headshot portraits and you're already so versatile.
