This is a tribute to the one Chaotix member that didn't make the cut: Mighty the Armadillo.For those who have asked: The thing he is holding is a group photo of the Chaotix.

Poor Mighty! When I first heard Sonic Heroes had the Chaotix in it I was excited... Then I got the game....and Mighty wasn't in it at all.... I was so pissed! DX
It's like they completely forgot about Knuckles' Chaotix.... What makes it even worse is that most kids these day probably don't know who the hell Mighty is. And they never will. ;-;

My reason...hes already too awesome and so awesome that they couldnt make him look equal to any other character in awesomeness, so they got rid of him.
Heck, mighty and awesome can be synonymous with using a certain word, both of which are described on thesaurus.com as being under monumental (I was bored). And with him NOT being in Sonic Heroes, I think that was good news on his part...figuratively speaking, he would look back on this and laugh...yeah

Well, it's impossible for Mighty to return. His creator left SEGA and Sonic Team and took Mighty and the rights to use him along with him. No more Mighty until they get the rights.

ahhh, no. The only known creator of Mighty is Naoto OhShima and if he DID take ll hiscopyrigts with him then that means Sonic doesn't exist. and, OMG!, Sonic still exists! So that is only classified as a rumor. don't get me wrong, I LURV Mighty, which is why I pointed this out.

Yeah, I noticed Mighty wasnt in Sonic Heroes. I was aying, What the frick! WHERE'S MIGHTY! That was the only part of the game that ticked me off.

Poor Mighty when SH's did come out I was sure that there was a 4th member of Chaotix.......we should protest to Sega NOW (protests outside Sega, Japan on his own then is chased by Samurai gaurds, men with AK's and Attack Dogs with laser beams in their frickin' heads!)

You're right. I've seen things that would make anyone think, "Hey, I need a bullet to the head!" But the Chaotix... I'll never understand why Sega got rid of him. We should go to Sega's homepage and leave complaints on their forums.

I'm so pissed they didn't use Mighty as the power-guy of the team. I mean, he's the freakin' STRONGEST MEMBER or the Chaotix. Or did they forget that? Oh well.

Actually, the whole "Mighty is the strongest" was really developed by Archie comics. Not only that, if they DID say he was the strongest member, it wouldn't matter. Since when was Espio a ninja? Wasn't he the cynical smartass? And Charmy didn't used to be 6. As for Vector, he wasn't always as buff nor what he the leader. He goofed around more then the others. The thing is, a different developer helped make Knuckles' Chaotix. Sonic Team basically took old characters and reinvented them. The whole line of games suggest you should forget everything prior to Sonic Adventure. A lot of it doesn't exist anymore. Just go with the fact that Sonic Team is not good at staying consistant with their story (or lack thereof).

All of what you say is true, except the strength thing. I never really read the comics, just own Knuckles' Chaotix. I guess it was more or less a self-assumption about Mighty's strength...
In the end it comes down to this: Sonic Team has officially let me down in the way of the Chaotix. Oh well.
