It seems to me the announcement "No photos and no mobiles please" gets more and more softened in German musical theatres by "wrapping" the message in a little joke. P.e., before the "Tanz der Vampire" performance I watched started, the announcer told the audience vampires are very shade-loving, so please no camera flashlights.

Well, and then Rebecca started with the little message you can read in panel 1. I can't swear the words were exactly like this (and I tried to translate them as good as I could into English), but it went pretty much in that direction.
Yeah, away with the mobile phones, they don't belong into that time! And now away with polyester (good thing I wear almost exclusively cotton, har har)! And everyone who came here with an electric wheelchair has to leave, after all, they weren't around in 1920! And ... ok, I am stopping to beat the dead horse.
