Description
Since so many people have been asking me how to put clothes on models, I decided to make a tutorial. This is my first tutorial, so it might not explain everything clearly. Please, if you have questions, comment below and I will do my best to answer them.Oh and one more thing, I forgot to mention to right-click on the selected layer and the click on Ctrl+P/Ctrl+S

The clothes? First make sure the texture is in the same file as the model's base like it says in step one. And then load the clothing file.

Well, in the new PMD editor, the bones automatically merge to the base when you import them, but I suggest you open up the clothing item separately and delete the bones you don't need before you move the item over.

No wait, I meant for you to load the clothes without the model base, unless the clothes you need are on another model...

Hmm...yeah I understand what you mean...but I suggest deleting things like the hand and eye bones separately before you merge the clothes with the base. For example, if you have a piece of clothing that came with a full set of bones, you should delete stuff like hair and eye bones so you don't mess up the model base. That way when you move the clothes over, the model won't be messed up...I hope I'm making sense...?

Me too, I'm a visual learner. And a lot of other people are too, so pictures really help.
