Description The girl of the tower.

I began this almost immediately after seeing the amazingness which is Tangled back in November. It started as a gouache painting but I didn't get very far because of projects. When I finally returned to it, I noticed so many things I felt were wrong, so i re-drew it, scanned it, began it, put it off for a month or two due to portfolio, and here it is! The pose for Rapunzel was inspired by two Mucha works combined.

Unfortunately no But thank you so much! I plan on doing more Art Nouveau princesses, however without Disney style, maybe you'll be interested in the Rapunzel one there when its done

So beautiful! There is so much I love about this!! The watercolor feel, the lanterns in the background, the mucha-esque feel to this I just recently saw Tangled (Loved it!) and I'm obsessed with that painting she paints of the lanterns I just might have to make one of my own! Anyways, I love this!
