Weezing loves gases given off from rotting garbage. As such, it is always searching for unhygienic places, such as an abandoned house or dumpster areas and make it its home. It is said that two Koffings can fused into a Weezing over many years. Not only that, accounts of Weezing triplets have also be recorded. It is not determined yet whether it is a same species, or something completely different.

I would envision this to be like a branched evolution for Koffing. Two possibilities this can be achieved, leveling up while holding an item, or location based evolution, like in abandoned factories or deep in volcanic caves. I don't think trade while holding an item to evolve is ideal, as I see this as a subspecies of regular Weezing, which means evolving through leveling up stays true to its original evolution. Base stats wise, i see probably it should have a slightly higher stats, possibly Sp. ATK, as Weezing's gas is said to be more potent when it mixes the differing gases internally. One new move that this Weezing can learn definitely Tri Attack, as most triplet-themed Pokémon can learn this.
