Description
A play on" THE ONCE AND FUTURE KING", this dude is a what-if character I came up with. When an immense, invulnerable lovecraftian entity invades the DC UNIVERSE, The Flash uses his time travel powers to learn everything he can about this creature but to no avail. He does learn that, like him, it has access to the speed force and originates from earth but nothing else is known about it. After it kills SHAZAM/ Captain Marvel, Flash bargains with the Wizard to become the new SHAZAM basically. The Wizard agrees but warns him that the effects could be disastrous if he ever reverts back to how he was before. With these new powers and longevity, THE ONCE AND FUTURE FLASH keeps travelling through time and making minor decisions that ultimately cause massive changes down the line. He's trying to recreate the exact circumstances that created the creature so he can learn how to stop it. He witnesses the full history of the DC UNIVERSE as a result including; THE GREEK GODS, The New Gods, Vandal Savage and everything else.
