In my RPs, to save time on locations and worlds, I made the Legendary Council.A group of goddesses who reside in the Pokemon universe somewhere.
These goddesses have their own ideals and lifestyles, the one I use the most is Ardonia.
If you are trying to work out what they are, they are all a hybrid of Arceus, Pikachu and one Mythical Pokemon.
