Weapon: A blade chained to a very long chain (almost 7 meters )

Background: As almost everybody his past it's kind of a mistery but some hints make presume that he use to be with pirates.
Mizuno is a boy who lives in the town's clinic since he was rescued for almost diying do to blood loss ; he is extremely likeable, kind, loyal and friendly, and acts like a guard dog of the clinic and the residents portecting it from thieves. But he tends to get harsh and even violent towar strangers, having events of when he attacks new pacients who come to the clinic. But when you gain his thrust, he will be a great companion.

Hah, I didn't know Mizuno was a real name!
I was looking through my dictionary and there are several ways to write it that still have water as the first character.
ι, ε, and η° all have to do with fields
ε’ means bag/purse
ι³ means sound
δΉ in the name would make it something like 'one of the water'(well technically, it's a particle for possession making it like "the water's"). That would be my favorite.

well I got his name for some years ago and first i though his definition was "water garden" and then "from the water" or like the one you say "one of the water" I hope I actually write his name well in japanese haha
and yeah I think mizuno it's used more as a surname

And well, the meaning of the name depends how you write it. So for ι in his current name, it fully says "plains; field; rustic; civilian life".
