(i brought one piece in half of a year traditionally lol)

I started drawing him when Arcane just started but i was heavily struggling with background so it took long because i was like doing minor changes 5-10 min a day sometimes lol
Well here he is. One of my two favorite characters in Arcane. Second is Silco and i hope i'll have enough willpower to draw him too

P.S. This is Victor after the series and sort of older so more into mutations. Also in my headcanon he clones Rio. So here is Rio-2 x)
