For those who don't know, no, this isn't the lock ness monster, the creature here is a real animal, it's a dinosaur from the Jurassic era named "tylosaurus" and probably the ancestor of the modern crocodile ( some designs resemble crocodiles a lot)

(anybody that isn't a pussy and scared of reptiles or disgusted by the idea of learning something don't check out the link)

I wanted to draw something quick , simple yet complex and that won't bore me (i started at least 4 drawings this week but got bored with them) so i chose animals..i wanted something dragon-like, but not that eccentric..i chose a dinosaur, and i chose this one since it's one of the ones that intrigue me the most and is more rarely done than say, tyrannosaurus.

This one took about 3h-4h done from scratch in photoshop (dammit it took less than my crappy comics! no wonder there are so many furry artists, this is so much easier -_-)

well, i'm kinda pleased with this one..
it looks very different from my past works, huh? i found a few speed paints on youtube by a very awesome artists and i tried his style..waddaya think?
