For using this theme first you need to Patch Uxtheme.

Finally!
Basically, I like it. But there are a couple of bugs. For example the menu is not visible in programs such as totalcommander or irfanview. I think in any program with a similar menu...

Poorly seen checkmark and labels on the buttons. I think this blue color should be removed.
