Hello Clippercarrillo ! This si a beautiful photo, the sparrow seems to be well camouflaged, the twigs beeing the same colour as its chest ! I love sparrows, but unfortunately in Western Europe, they are disappearing, as the nests and fledglings are preyed upon by the numerous magpies & crows which prosper as they don't have any predators (foxes, prey-birds) left.
And... thanks for your commentaries, which are often as fascinating as the photos themselves ! And thanks also for the watch, but I'm afraid you'll have little to watch but my soul, as I'm not an artist, although I love art in all its forms, from fractals to your photographs to fanart to music and Winamp skins, which are art and participate in the joy of listening to music on a computer ! I can spend hours on this site !
I believe you are now well settled in San Antonio and are quite happy, between your family and your cameras ! The sea is closer than when you were in Kansas, but still not on your door-step! Is the sailor still missing the sea?? I remember that self-portrait, which is in fact the first photo of you that I saw and which remained for months in my favourites !
