noses are unwelcome appendages here.. we don't appreciate or accept them.. you come in here with one'a those things on your face we'll show you the door.. this guy came in all proud with a big ol' honker the other day and we took the hedge clippers to him.. sure we proactively anesthetized with a chloroform water balloon and cauterized the wound on chuck's harley exhaust but he didn't wake up smellin' much.. barry stapled it to the wall above the bar.. the tuesday night boys throw darts at it.. it's a highfalutin gesture.. walkin' around nose in the air round here.. what good has a nose actually ever done society on the whole.. i think it's high time we all move beyond our reliance on them as a society and even species.. you ever see an alien with a nose? and they are supposed to be aeons more advanced than any lifeforms on our humble spinning orb .. i got rid of mine six years ago after i heard the good doctor's homily on the collective woes of rhino-supremacy and the urgency needed to move beyond a olfactory based culture.. i'll tell ya one thing.. my phone ain't got a damn nose.. and it knows everything there ever was to know ever about anything and everything.. we have a festival here in the spring where the seniors from the highschool come out as soon as they are legal age and after a few libations, which we of course offer gratis to participants, and in a hail shine of glory, self rhinectomize in holy light and the love of the virgin mother.. we got a whole outfit out back and offer souveniers, photos, the whole contemporary ceremonial regalia and paraphernalia .. and we have a bi-weekly NNNA meeting (no nose necessary association) in the side room during lunch.. it's about overflowing and we need to move it to the airport hilton.. though i think they sympathize with the rhinosupremacists so we may have to consider our options.. yes i think it's just a matter of time.. people are gonna open their eyes and get their noses out of the air.. the future belongs to the noseless.. our time is now..
