This will serve as a nice teaser as well as a reference sheet, you see a friend of mine recommended I change up Jet's design a bit. So I decided to do just that since there is an opportunity in season 10 I can change up his design a bit. So let me know what you think of the new look.

A happy, fun-loving Pikachu who ends up thrown into the mix of a wide variety of fantasy and adventure. His power is based on the bonds he shares with the friends he gains, believing in the goodness of everyone before the bad. Also considered a general tickle fanatic with a relative fixation on the torso and stomach area.
Biography:

Jet’s world is a world able to link with various other fantasies, through an innate power he is yet not savvy to. These links allow him to fulfill the greatest adventures across and between realms of his purest of fantasies. But it was not always love, hugs, and tickles for Jet; his world was linked with fantasy from a young age, when tragedy struck what little family he once had. When his mother passed away, he sought out a new home away from his abusive father, but his naivete struck him blind to what a certain universe would call a Hollow. Hollows are often classified as evil spirits, ethereal to some yet corporeal to others. Why Hollows choose to be evil, not many can say. The particular Hollow Jet encountered possessed his body and soul, encasing itself inside of his body. However, Hollows are more used to possessing human beings, not particularly Jet; therefore, the possession was imperfect, slightly marring his body with a mark of humanlike upbringing, particularly a navel.

While the Hollow inside of him often lay dormant until needed, Jet eventually learned how to control this spirit inside of him for his betterment. This control gave him the confidence to press onward, as he met more and more companions that would eventually become his trusted Fellowship, starting with his best friend, a Combusken named Anthony with a past of his own. Today, his Fellowship consists of many characters from several universes and timelines, and as a noble soul, he strives to use his power to protect those in need. As long as his friends are happy, he is happy too. That is what he teaches, at least.
Appearance/Design:

Jet, once a normal Pikachu, was sculpted by the worlds around him into something different, practically handcrafted using something from everyone’s universe. The spirit inside, having rebelled at various intervals took more tolls on his body. His fur, while made red by personal choice, had blackened at his extremeties ending at the wrists and ankles, with pure black fur designs emanating from the center of the forehead and at the nape of his neck. Even his Pikachu tail, once thick and clublike, thinned much like a Raichu’s before a large diamond at the tip. These malformations don’t cause Jet to fret; Jet is best known for working with what he is given, so he has changed accordingly. By his own wish, he has trained enough to strengthen his body, and even attempt to make it “cuter” specifically around the belly area. He does wear clothes, mainly for intimidation factor to try and stop fights before they begin, but he couldn’t help but indulge in other universes’ heroes and their fashion choices. Thus, today he wears a trenchcoat that is designed to spike back up behind him, but still show that “cute” belly of his. You wouldn’t notice it, but he also carries an invisible trinket on him at all times, which grants him incredible power at times of great need. His exposure to such mystical items of power or magic have the potential to change his body and even his sense of style.

Lightning Soldier– By quelling the active Hollow inside of him and merging both of his spirits, he can create an outward energy in the form of armor and electricity using his trinket, the “Light of the Evenstar,” as a catalyst. In his mode, he amplifies his electric weapon attacks as well as his battle-based mobility in the form of angelic wings. His back is emblazoned with the symbol of the Hollow he uses: a mask with a brown triangle for a forehead, symbolizing his inner acceptance of the darkness he allowed into his spirit.
Burning Jet/ Super Mode – Due to his connections with a universe surrounding seven jewels of immeasurable power, Jet has the power use the innate powers within that universe to summon a greater power within himself. Upon activation of this Super Mode, Jet gains the ability to run and leap at high speeds, gaining invincibility and tenfold power. As long as he utilizes this power, his fur and skin glow pure gold and shine with glorious light. Unfortunately, this cannot be combined with the Light of the Evenstar, and using this Super Mode is fairly temporary, best used as a last resort when the resources are available

Friendship Armor – An invincible shield-like power enveloping Jet’s body, named such because it requires perfect synchronization between Jet and his best friend, Anthony. Jet glows a bright white light, becoming fully invulnerable to oncoming attacks to the point where the three laws of physics cannot comply. He can walk through pulses of energy that would push a normal entity without losing any ground, take a punch without being knocked down, and cannot be forced back by his own energy-based attacks.

Jet is often described simply as “happy-go-lucky.” He is able to take life as it comes instead of influencing it for his own kicks. Happily enough, the world tends to go just right for Jet and his habits, allowing him to enjoy life to the fullest without doing much at all. When forced into battle (which ends up being too often), Jet shifts from “carefree” to “careful” in the blink of an eye. He may be naïve at heart, but a fight with people on the line will cause him to shift gears entirely. He will sacrifice anything he can to make sure that the people he cares about (often all people) are safe, putting himself on the line for the good of all involved. Between battles, however, Jet has ended up maturing. He may make mistakes here and there, but his travels between worlds have introduced him to various types of people, good and bad, right and wrong, moral and amoral. Speaking of morals, Jet adheres to quite a few, but it’s only when these morals are purposely pushed that Jet shows any form of anger. For example, he became enamored with the concept of tickling, and often used it as a fun, playful pastime between friends of his willing to oblige. However, his purity of the concept has led him to vividly hate those who use such a pastime specifically for malicious or sadistic purposes. He also worked very hard to protect his friends and new family, and is fiercely protective in return; if you hurt anyone he likes, he will hunt you down and make you pay for what you did. Especially children; being openly abused by a power-mad father who was the reason he ran away from home in the first place, he will not hesitate to give such abusers a taste of their own medicine. And it may taste like a lot of blood.

Powers/Skills:

Jet is a Pikachu, first and foremost; therefore, he has obtained general mastery of Electric-type attacks such as Thunder, Electro Ball, and Volt Tackle. His skill with his tail allowed him to utilize the power of Iron Tail for himself as well. While he can’t utilize a Light Ball like other Pikachus can, thanks to the Hollow that changed his genetic structure away from a normal Pikachu’s, he instead managed to use the inherent powers of the Hollow itself as a power amplifier. But Jet’s thinking outside the box couldn’t stop there. Along his travels, Jet had met with various other heroes who encouraged him to push the knowledge of his techniques to new levels. Watt-Tail became his first technique, combining his own Thunder with the slamming and slashing force of an Iron Tail. Thunder Punch became Lightning Blade from turning a blunt force into an energy-based sharp slash. Thunder became the Thunder Clap, using his own generated sound waves to send storms of lightning bolts down on the opponent. Electro Ball became the Electro DiscoBall, a sphere of electricity that can spike and hit targets within a five-meter radius of the sphere itself.

By the Light of the Evenstar, however, Jet is able to transfigure and transmigrate his inherent Hollow powers into different forms, such as the Lightning Soldier form which turns his electric powers into more offensive and long-range tools of destruction, or the Friendship Armor that allows him to withstand attacks many could not even come close to.
