This guy has no name yet. Some call him Shotgun guy or Blonde guy. From Final Fantasy VS XIII.Aaaand his name is Prompto. Which in Latin means "to dispense".
It's a funny name actually, because "promp" in Norwegian means "fart". As in passing gas, fart.
