Remember this little work in progress with the wiggy eyes and no mane that I uploaded four months ago and then never followed up on? Yeah, that's because I never did any more work on it. Not till now, anyway. I did a couple other vectors for my iPhone and thought since I did those, I might as well go ahead and work on this. Then I stayed up till 2am working on his mane and part of his mouth.

This here is the first "official" artwork of Cloud Control, specifically the first vector I've ever done of him. Weird that it took that long. But now you can all be satisfied knowing that he has everything in place! He's got an official unique tail, and official unique mane, and some other assorted stuff! Wooo! Someday he might even accumulate a fancy outfit that makes him look fancy with his keytar and stuff. I dunno.

As I'm sure you can gather from the image, long keytar solos and heavy metal electronica isn't the only kind of music Cloud Control is interested in. There's a small soft spot for tango hidden deep within the inner machinations of his enigmatic mind. Not only for the music, which is fantastic, but also for the wonderful dancing that goes along with it. Or something.

Update 2014.11.2
After quite long enough of those blechy ucky eye colors, I saturated them up a little bit so they're a little more pleasant to look at. Surely this will be the last major change he has to go through.

His eyes are brilliant gold (#ecda4e ) and fade to a moderate gold (#9d8e11 ) around the tops
His mane and tail are light arctic bluish gray (#cbd6d8) with an arctic bluish gray outline (#8ba2a6 )
His coat is grayish cobalt blue (#5c78af ) with a dark cobalt blue outline (#364d7c ).

His cutie mark is a moderate azure (#21538f ) sixteenth note embedded on a vivid gold (#ecd200 ) star, outlined in strong gold (#c7b000 ), with ceruleanish white (#f2fcff ) wings that are themselves outlines in the same moderate cobalt blue (#21538f ) that makes up the sixteenth note. The meaning of all that is described in the deviation for his cutie mark .
