Sawyer was an adult man obsessed with acquiring power. By working hard and doing things both ethical and ethical, he was able to acquire vast amounts of wealth. Yet the more he had, the more he wanted. He was also aware that there were some types of power that money could not buy.

Instead of accepting that some things simply could not be done, Sawyer hired a team of researchers. They would search the black market, the dark web, and even the magical community to search for any clues about the location of the item he wanted. Another team would help him piece the clues together so he could pinpoint the location of the powerful item.

After months, one of his researchers took a picture of the item inside the house of a middle class woman. She had probably owned the item for decades without ever knowing its true value. Sawyer thanked his research team, without giving them any additional money, and headed off to get what he wanted.

His first idea was to knock on the door and offer the woman a small amount of money for the item. Sawyer did not want to give her too much money because that would make her aware of its true value. The woman just laughed at him and said the item had sentimental value to her. It was priceless.

Sawyer had tried being nice. It was time for more drastic action. He waited until the woman was gone and then broke into her home. Not wasting any item, he headed straight to the powerful item. She had insurance and they would pay for the loss, at least they would give her what he thought it was worth. He knew it was worth much, much more.

Sawyer took the powerful item and held it up triumphantly as he held it up with glee. He started becoming younger. This was what he wanted. Then he realized he was also changing gender. This was not what he wanted.

Thoughts came into his head about how silly adult things were. He should do more childish things. It might help relieve some of the stress he had accumulated over the years. Sawyer agreed, at least that is what he thought his name was. More thoughts came into his head telling him his name was Sadie. The other name faded from his mind. Physical changes were happening too. Sadie became smaller and his face became more childlike. His hair turned pink and arranged itself into a feminine style which made him look like a doll, but he was not a doll. He was a little girl.

That last thought did not sound right. As he thought this, his genitals changed confirming that he, or she, was indeed a girl. Sadie's clothing changed too. She found herself wearing a white dress and matching white socks that went up well past her knee. She gleefully danced around the house forgetting all about her need to leave.

At that moment, her mother opened the door. She had just made a short trip to the grocery store to buy more food. She did not stay too long because she did not want to leave Sadie in the house by herself.

"At last I have it!" Sadie screamed almost incoherently. "The doll of power!"

Her mother just shrugged. She did not understand these childish games.
