Kylo and Sharron were having one of their many snowball fights. Kylo was stronger and faster than Sharron so he always won. If that was not bad enough, he had built a fort and piled up a large collection of snowballs ahead of time. Poor Sharron was unprepared and did not stand a chance.

Although Sharron did not want Kylo to be seriously hurt, she did wish she could give him a taste of his own medicine. "I wish Kylo knew what it was like to be the younger sister," she said out loud to no one in particular. It just so happened that a fairy was flying overhead at the time and interpreted what she said as a genuine wish. Fairies loved granting wishes whether it was done as intended or not. This was no exception. The fairy created a pile of magic snowballs right next to Sharron.

Sharron was too concerned with getting back at Kylo to question how the multicolored glowing snowballs suddenly appeared. She took a yellow one and thrusted it at Kylo. This caused him to suddenly become younger. His clothes became smaller to match. It was only a size or two so it was not noticeable except to Kylo himself.

"Stop!" he yelled, brushing the brightly colored snow off of him which stopped glowing once he did.

For the first time in a long time he felt vulnerable. Sharron saw this and pressed her advantage. She fired a pink snowball at him. This caused Kylo to change from male to female. The change was slow at first but over time it accelerated as he was hit by more and more snowballs. His coat became a bright pink and the clothing underneath it became a dress.

He froze in shock as he, or she, became even younger. She looked like a girl about the same age as Shannon. As Kira continued to be hit by snowballs, she became even younger and even more feminine. She screamed as another snowball hit her.

Shannon reached for the final snowball. It was glowing blue. She had no idea what it would do. It was her last snowball but that did not concern her. She could make new snowballs before her little sister could even if she did cheat by building a fort ahead of time.

When the blue snowball hit Kira, she lost all memory of ever being Kylo. Sharron had already forgotten. She had been exposed to the blue glow the entire time. They continued their fight, more playfully than before, until Kira finally surrendered.

"That ought to teach you not to cheat," boasted Sharron.

Kira had to agree. She was not going to challenge Sharron to another snowball fight for quite some time. The two of them could find plenty of other things to do in the snow. Unknown to either of them the fairy who had been watching them flew off ready to grant more wishes.
