ALPHA RELEASETHIS IS A EARLY ALPHA RELEASE SO:
- Dont complain about bugs and unfinished items
- Dont complain about missing substyles, colors etc.
- Dont complain about a missing Shellstyle: there simply is none till now
- Dont bash my crappy preview.. lolz
- Alot is likely going to change still

I've installed Vista once and i tell you what happened:
I had to use my Fedora Core Linux, to repair things again, though XP could not be repaired..
That shows it all: When you use Vista for 5 minutes you need Linux to repair your system, and this plain: SUCKS

WindowBlinds got really, really fast by the way and has continuously improved.. Version 6 is way worth a try, trust me.

Its working on both, though with WB 6 you can also make it transparent which is quite useful

I was just curious is you where making the skin to support the new Vista elements in WB6.
I saw there was some sub-skins, ... or are they really subskins? Each of the names had this colour icon infront if it which I've not seen before. Is it maybe colour presets? If so, where do you define them? I've not noticed this before.

Yes i will update all my newer skins for Vista, but since i don't have it installed at the moment, i cant right now.

I prefer the white style to the beige, but even this alpha release is gorgeous, and though there are still a few design bugs here and there the skin is VERY stable for an alpha. I can't wait to see the finished product!

Thanks so much, my main aims (compared to a lot of other skinners) is always a great usability and integration with different apps.
You will realise that this skin works perfect in all Mozilla apps for example, not many skins do and LOOK GOOD.

I just wanted to come back and tell you, I've been using Illuminate ever since the first day of alpha release, and it is AMAZING, so stable and much much more complete then many other skins out there which are supposed to be "finished"! I think it's good enough to deserve a "beta" tag even... but the fact that you're calling it an "alpha" must mean that there's so much more to come, which is just unbelievably great!

I call it an alpha cause "beta" for me means "all finished but contains bugs"
and believe me there is a lot i will still change and tweak to get it the way i want.

Yes I noticed! And I've noticed this for VisionZero and Novum too - my default Firefox theme always looks awesome with your skins. Amazing job.
Just wondering, what are those system tray icons in your screenshot? They look really great with the skin. Will you be releasing them or did you get them from somewhere else?

Hey, you noticed something not many did!
I created all of those tray icons, and yes i will release them.
They are gonna be released as a separate deviation though,
as they fit with every theme,from dark to light.
When i think about it, im gonna release them NOW!
