One day a woman named Soi Fong was getting ready to train with her old master Yoruichi to improve her shunko. "Wow I can't believe madame Yoruichi finally agreed to perfect my Shunko. When Soi Fong was ready dhe left into the forest. When she arrived Yoruichi was finishing off some noodles. "Looks like you came right on time." "Now Yoruichi let's get started." Yoruichi used her speed to grab Soi Fong's sword and went up the tree. "Your first test is to catch me and gain back your sword." "But what does this have to do with Shunko?" "Are you questing me Soi Fong?" "No Yoruichi." " Good now lets get started." Running through this forest was hard work for Soi Fong. There was tree's in random places so it was hard to gain speed with all these turns. "What is madame Yoruichi thinking? This has nothing to do with shunko." As she was running she lost her left sho but she was too busy dodging branches to notice. When she finally saw Yoruichi she sped up.Yoruichi saw Soi Fong and tuned around at great speed. "What is she doing now?" Yoruichi grabbed Soi Fong and started to carry her through the forest. " "We need to find a safe place to practice." When she reached her destination she dropped Soi Fong on the ground. Soi Fong would lay on that table for me. Soi Fong confused laid with her back on the table. Then all of a sudden metal clamps bounded her wrist and legs to the table. "What is the meaning of this?"
