Description
The idea of Lapis is that though she is a very powerful normal gem, she is a very weak corrupted gem. Although she will try to attack anyone who approaches her, her attacks are feeble. Even with a nearby source of water she can’t control more than a few pounds. Half the time the middle part of her body (Kind of hard to see but it is the area behind the mirror with 2 legs sticking out) won’t even form since it’s just too much energy to maintain. Hell, even her wings can only be used for 15 minutes at best before giving out, so she can’t really fly away. When this happens only the mirror part of her body will remain. It works kind of like the previous mirror she was trapped in. She doesn’t have the capacity to repeat stuff to form sentences or create clear images (like when she was showing steven how to free her) but if she is met by someone like Steven or Peridot who knew her when she was normal she might be able to show them memories of her spending time with them.I also designed a corrupt Peridot here:
