First link is Legendary Gargoyle which is Time Crest. The last link is Aerial Gargoyle which is his Air Crest form

Yes ^^ He has a final form where he turns purple and gets spikes on his shoulders and has teal gauntlets and wings, this is his Ultimate form which you get for beating the game once and collecting all the crests. After you beat Phalanx the final boss you get a password and if you enter it you have the Crest of Infinity, which is all six crests combined. This gives you his Ultimate Gargoyle form. ^^
