(though I contemplate each step)
Thoughtfully, I eye the stars
(yet nothing drastically changed)
Peacefully, I sit and ponder
(my mind is stuck in overdrive)
Yearningly, I find my happy spot
(and it's covered in shit)

To walk is a wonder
But to wander is a problem?
To see is an insight
That many don't care to hear.
To close the eyes and see the world
is a privelige we often forget.
To speak is our evolution
yet is so focused on the mundane.
To taste is a delight
often drowned in the artificial.
And to think is an enigma
we only have to contemplate.

Gotta run for the hills
before they run over me
gotta fly to the moon
before it dawns on me
gotta jump to the sky
before it falls on me
gotta grab ahold
before I can let go.
