Captain's Log, stardate 72570.2

After the Hur'q crisis things have never been the same. The Canada was badly damaged and is in for a major refit. MY crew, my friends have all been either transferred or promoted, Nyryh has her own command now,
USS Highlander. Captain in just over two years, she'll be a great commander, learned from the best after all "chuckles" I'll miss her.

As for me, I've been put in command of this prototype, USS Patriot, reminds me of a ship I saw while working with *REDACTED* I wonder how Starfleet got the design. huh....

My new commander is Sophie Jemane, from the New Titan colony, she was a cadet same time I was, spent the war as a lieutenant and later security chief on the USS Babylon. I'm sure well get along fine.

Once control clears us we'll be taking the Patriot out on a trail run. we'll see what happens. Kilgour out.
