Give yourself some creadit, that's a great pic!
The hair is less detailed compared to previous pics of yours, yes, but it is so because of the ref-pic (I've done so too). On the other hand, the shading, esp around the eyes, is damn great! Both subtle, yet so realistic and correct. To get something to look real with that few lines is one of the hardest things to do, I'd say.
Also, the contrast of bright and dark of this drawing is well balanced.
All in all, another fine piece, nothing less than I'm expecting from you

Meh, the ref pic can only take half the blame. The hair wasn't very interesting, but I was trying to make it look better. Anyways, thanks as always for the continuing support

Got to say he's one of my favourite drummers. Probably the best if you ask me 
Ok! Some critique: The eye isn't round. And also there's interesting lighting: the neck is a bit darker than the face yet hair doesn't shine. If it's from reference (as I would guess) then the lighting is succesful in both the original photo and in this drawing. Perhaps you could sharpen up the eye area.

Thats some nice work there. I realize this is just a quick sketch, the hair looks a little sketchy with some awkward areas in the front over the illuminated side of his face. Other than that, a very nice sketch and a great likeness of the master Foo.

Actually most of it was done in one sitting, I was really motivated and I wanted to finish it before I lost all motivation. But alas, I got bored of it and put it away for about a week or so, then just finished and finally submitted.

Excellent work on the shading, my only crit would be that his eye is a bit to close to his nose, but without seeing an image to refer to, it could just be an annomoly of the model. Good job overall.

Hehe, cute drawing. Then again, he is Dave Grohl. Sketchy, especially with the hair and shadows, but it still makes people envy your super drawing skills. Oh, and I like how you drew his neck.
