I have a theory too!
You know how Jimmy Casket and Johnny Ghost share the same body/mind? I think that Toast is the key to keep Casket contained, cause all these latest Johnny Ghost videos (where he's stranded in dimensions), Jimmy Casket has made an appearance at least ONCE. And in the episode that this was taken from, Jimmy seemed a bit more aggressive than normal. What do you think?

I think Johnny Ghost is really mad and if jimmy and johnny share the same mind Jimmy also takes Ghost's pain.
So when Ghost is mad Jimmy is mad because Ghost's feelings are still there.

I'm sorry to say this, but I believe that the Johnny Toast in this video was from a dimension where Johnny Ghost and Johnny Toast never even met. My best guess is that in that dimension, Johnny Ghost could possibly live in an asylum since in the dimension we know about the most, Johnny Toast is able to keep Johnny from turning into Jimmy Casket, but in the other dimension, they never met, which would imply that there isn't anyone to prevent Johnny from becoming Jimmy Casket permanently, so he would have to be in an asylum due to the fact that as it has been said, Jimmy is an insane mass murderer. I know, this is a very far-fetched theory, but there are possibilities of alternate universes, so this is what I believe happened with Johnny Toast in this video.
