The vibrant pink show of the Phantom-bloom only lasts two weeks however, before the stalk wilts and withers down

This flower stalk is very costly energy wise, making the plant need to collect more energy to flower again in the coming years, storing most of its energy within a large bulb underground until it flowers again in the next half decade
