Here's the official Cat Ghost Icon Base. This is my first animated icon base that I allow people to freely use. If you're question isn't up here, feel free to ask on my page or through notes. Please do not ask me the same question. x'D It really gets old. But thanks for all the views and favorites and comments, everyone! I truly appreciate it~

Q: Can I use this?
A: Yes. You don't have to ask.

Q: Can I sell these for commissions?
A: Go ahead.

Q: How do I make the background transparent?
A: Photoshop, Gimp, or Paint Tool Sai all have an option to make the background transparent. Either one should do the trick.

Q: How do I edit it when it's moving?
A: I have never used Gimp or Paint Tool Sai so I'm unsure whether animating is an option on there, but I know you can animate on Photoshop. The web has plenty of tutorials on this. If worse comes to worst, you can always download the trial version of Easy Gif Animator.

Q: Will you make me one?
A: Ahh I currently do not have the time to do customs, I'm sorry! I'm sure you can find a willing user to help you out in the comments.

Q: Do I have to give you credit?
A: No, its not required, but very appreciated if you do so!
