                           Grudge
She always held a grudge against the girl. She didn't know why and she didn't care. Until yesterday, when she found the half Latina sitting in the Janitor's closet crying.
  "VEGA!" she'd shouted, and kicked the door open when she didn't get an answer."NO ONE ignores ME."
  She looked down to see Tori's head rested on her knees, in a cradled position. She was sobbing and didn't stop even when she heard Jade shut the door back and sit down next to her. Jade sighed, and then Tori's hand was in her own, clutching it like she were the only thing holding Tori together, even though she didn't think Vega could get any worse than what she was. And when Tori squeezed her hand, Jade blushed and realized what her grudge was.
Her grudge was the way Tori made her feel. The way Beck had made her feel once; the feeling that was now lost and couldn't be found. With Tori, Jade felt loved, unconditonally, even. Jade was nothing but a gank to Tori, ever since they met. Jade hated that Tori was...everything she ever wanted. Jade couldn't deny it to herself at the beginning; she wanted Tori more than anything. No, she couldn't be nice to her. That would make her look like an idiot and ruin her reputation. So she stooped down to making new levels of cruelty, and finally couldn't take it anymore. Unless the girl talked to her directly, Jade made no notion whatsoever to talk to her, acknowledge her at all. She was dead to her. That was the only thing that soothed Jade's soul, not knowing and not caring about the girl that she'd fallen for. She didn't want this, she would just ignore this. That's what she told herself when she saw the angel smile, or laugh, or cry now.
  Yet, when Tori touched her hand, all of the feelings drew back into her and she couldn't take it any longer. Jade West cracked under the pressure and took Tori into her arms.
  "I...I love you." She said. She didn't know what was going to happen next.
Tori Vega tensed up in her arms, and shakilly whispered,"What?"
    "I...I...I love you, Tori." Jade repeated, and kissed Tori on the forehead.
Once Tori Vega recipricated, once Tori Vega repeated what Jade had said, her grudge was resolved. "I love you too, Jade."
