Description
I started out one day some time ago intending to learn to do a flowery looking spiral. No matter what I tried, this image just kept tending toward what you see here. I don't know why, but something about it just kept drawing me back toward desolation instead of flowers. I finished it, and then parked it in a folder never intending to show it, but I still go back and look at it now and then, so I finally decided to let it see the light of day. I certainly don't think it's pretty, nor particularly sophisticated, just stark and barren. I can't tell you why, but I like it, and it's very far from what I usually do. But with that longwinded explanation, here it is, make of it what you will.
