The second-to-last new character for my Bill AU series: Codec (Swap!Bill) (I'm giving you guys a warning now, the next one is a bit of a doozy....)I swapped him with Error404, since I see a lot of art of Bill with Error404 a lot and they have a similar power level (or at least I think they do lol). He has strings like most Error AUs, but his strings will cause the ones bound to have images of chaos in their minds, slowly driving them mad. Unlike most of my Bill AUs, he is very stoic and very straightforward in his manner of speaking. He doesn't open up to most and does not show his emotions readily, especially when he is in combat.
He's not perfect design-wise, but I do at least like how he turned out, and I hope you like him too!
