And the bad guy loses hard in this case. Why? Eternal night. No daytime. No daytime means no sun, no sun means no warmth and no warmth will eventually result in eternal winter. EVERYONE DIES. Except maybe Nightmare Moon, who will be left alone to reign over a lifeless ball of snow and ice and frozen corpses.
Fun times, yeah? I wonder how long it will take before she snaps and goes mad.
