I'm shamed to say this but I didn't actually draw the water by hand. That would actually kill me. I just messed around with a few photoshop effects and ta-daa~ Water!

at least you put photoshop to good use... 3 years of using it and I can only do layers... I don't use filters or anything (except the obvious ones....no combos X_x)

I didn't actually draw the ripples It can be achieved by messing around on photoshop for 30mins~
