Trying to work out some concepts behind

lines are rays of energy, with triangles + arrows showing the propagation direction

established setting is a world of imagination fueled by the (human) mind

my reasoning human imagination (creative energies) radiates from people 24/7 like an imaginary sun in our world, these energies escape in all directions, never collecting to form anything In the Dead Branches reality, there is a giant floating island acting as a concave mirror, focusing the escaping energies from our reality to produce this imaginary world this would only allow for a 2-D imaginary world if it weren't for trees, like the one featured in the first part of Dead Branches, redistributing the energy and allowing for a 3-D environment many aware of this consider the trees interchangeable, but Flitz considered each tree like a muse, each one adding a specific dimension to their world (so more like a music tree that was threatened in earlier one)
