Korothyst is regarded as a caring, calm and effective leader. It was known to rule over castles and win any battle with its army of Pokemon. Korothyst is an expert fighter. It can move quickly, has monstrous strength and its lance can pierce things easily. It can throw its lance at speeds of about 160 km per hour. If someone or a Pokemon threatens to storm Korothyst's castle and it senses evil in their soul, Korothyst will unleash its wrath on them. It will use it signature move, Iron Maiden, to torture that victim, make sure it never leaves the castle and learns its lesson. If the foe proves to be stubborn and doesn't learn its lesson, then it will use Shadow Blade. Shadow Blade is a move that is capable of destroying the soul of a living thing. It can summon up the fallen spirits of its victims and its royal subjects from the amethyst on its crown to further defend the castle.
Evolves from Ametsessa at level 65 which evolves from Gerthystya at level 43.
Korothyst and its pre-evolution are a female-only species.
