Personality: Somewhat anti-social, though friendly once you get to know him. He tends to avoid talking with people and keep to himself, but when you gain "friend" status, he will literally never leave you alone. He doesn't like the way he lives but he figures, he doesn't have the money to live a nice life and tries to make the best of what he's got. He doesn't like being touched without him touching first, and he's got a maturity level of a seven year old boy.

History: Joey hails from spain, having lived comfortably with his parents until they died when he was seventeen. He's been alone since then and, when he was twenty, was moved to the underground city. Due to his lack of proper income, he ended up settling in disctrict three and has lived there since, choosing to refrain from conflict and just live the best he could.

Other: Joey is a mutant, and though relatively friendly, is mildly unstable- hence his chidlish outbursts. His skin also contains bioluminescent patches, which glow when he's stressed or excited. His eyes will also glow. He spends his time helping people who can't afford proper medical treatment, he studied medicine before moving to Dusk. His 'special ability' is the ability to create, control, and cut off thin, string like tendrils, which he uses to stitch large wounds, as the tips are sharp enough to pierce skin.
