Out of nowhere, the powerful and mysterious Dr. Manhatan appeared in the heart, he, along with the marvel vigilantes and Senkan himself, are the only omnipotent beings that can watch over the multiverse, only Manhatan and the vigilantes prefer not to interfere, Senkan it's the opposite, which they don't think so.

The reason for his appearance is because he felt the presence of everyone in his heart and the truth is that this is insecure, Senkan explained that everything was a mix-up, unfortunately an urgent emergency call forced him to withdraw, Manhatan stayed to watch.. ...but it was just what he planned...
