I found an old chinese grease marker, so I said "What the heck, let's doodle."So I tried to do a picture of Neo, with a bit of a different style than I usually do... He's sort of a greaser-ish kind of fellow, and I really like him. *laughs* I don't know why looking at this picture makes me think of Tugger.
