Somebody had to do it.I wanted to really jam Spike's arm all the way in there right up to the hilt, but couldn't push him any closer without either making his neck look broken or blocking Dash's face too much. Even this is blocking her face more than I'd like.
[edit] Spike's arm has been bugging the crap out of me, so I lowered Dash's head so Spike's arm wouldn't be broken anymore. It's still made of rubber, considering how long it has to stretch to reach her stomach, but that's okay. Although now I can't decide if I should remove the lump in her throat, or if her neck is too short.

Well, people keep saying horses have no gag reflex, so I guess it's true for our ponies too, since we didn't hear her barfing in the background after Spike pulled the cucumber slice out of her stomach.

Yeah, they can definitely vomit, but it seems like it just can't be triggered by sticking a hand in their throat. Unless Dash silently threw up off screen during the cucumber scene.

It was a pretty bizarre joke, wasn't it? It was kinda subtle, though, so I've been wondering how many people noticed the implications of Spike taking back his cucumber slice after Dash swallowed it.

Actually, to me, it looked like she just kinda held it in the side of her mouth for a moment, then swallowed it whole.

About 10 1/2 minutes into Ponyville Confidential, Dash swallowed a cucumber slice whole (you can see the lump in her throat as it went down, so it wasn't in her mouth anymore), then 15 seconds later Spike reached in to take it back. The picture cut away just as he started to poke his hand into her mouth, so the part where he jammed his arm all the way into her stomach was off screen.
The cucumber slice was even dripping after he pulled it back out, but then he just stuck it back on his eye without even cleaning it off first. It was such a strange joke that I just had to make a more graphic picture of the moment we didn't see.
