this was originally gonna be an adopt but as i was doing the hair i realized "oh my god this looks like tavros" and then i actually sprited tavros instead. i gasve him freckles cus i thought itd look cutewheelchair is from here (i tried to sprite a wheelchair myself but it looked like a whole mess so i used a base)
