Description
"Even for goddesses, appearances matter. When I started to interact with mortals a lot, I had the problem that people didn't believe that I really was who I said I was. I guess that a girl in jeans and a T-shirt isn't what they expect a goddess to look like. I can easily dispel most doubts by just creating something out of thin air, but it's rather inconvenient to go through the motions every time I want to talk to someone. Even then, some people still don't believe me! Some rather determined mortals can rationalize away anything, even when I just created a city out of nothing in front of them. In those cases, I just alter reality so they've always believed me. I might be timeless, but that doesn't mean I want to try to convince someone for the rest of time...When I want to present myself as a goddess, I've been presenting myself with colossal star-dwarfing size, blinding cosmic light, and royal accouterments. I find that it works great at convincing people I'm a goddess, though it also inspires a lot more 'screaming terror' and 'feeling of being an infinitesimal speck in a vast universe' among mortals than I like. Oh well. Let's call it a work in progress..."

When is comes to light and flame, they're actually perceived different.
For example: A red light can be evil but a red flame can be good. Likewise a green light can be good but a green flame can be evil.
It really sets the tone for mortals on a subconscious level. 😂
So generally stay away colours for light: Red, black, harsh white and purple/violet.
For flames: Green (used by necromancers), blue (generally considered ghost flames by mortals by mortals) and purple/violet (high end necromancy or demonic). 😅
About purple/violet: It's close UV light which is very harsh to most mortals. Purple can be a regal colour but only on soft surfaces like clothing and velvet. 😁

That looks to be a set-up for fear inspiring. Let's call it your "Death Star mode", Grand Moff Tarkin would approve.
Colour is very important for mortals. So try this with this very arrangement and set-up:
Change the star to a red giant and give it yellowish white flames. Make your throne a brighter colour, maybe light green-white. You can swap to a normal body surface and keep the glowing eyes and add some light luminescent clothing.
Or if you wish to keep the cosmic body, make the stars in it blue and the same yellow-white light. 👌
