Description Snakey prior to shedding her old skin.

One of the stages is where their eyes go 'milky' looking as they secreet a layer of oil between the new and old skin layers. This oil aids in the shedding process. Snakes are often moody and irritable as they go through this vulnerable stage. My python often hides her head and gives me a warning hiss to tell me to stay away.

Snakey's skin goes a dull, milky, matt brown, which sloughs and gives way to a highly contrasted, shiny skin afterwards.
