Well this is something I did to really test what I could do in Illustrator. It was originally meant to be part of a university assignment but when I saw there was no chance in hell I was going to finish it so I left it and only worked on it every now and then.

I finished up the image earlier this year after more than 40 hours of work on it (stuff like the hair was extremely painful). But yeah everything you see was done with Illustrator using g-meshes, opacity masks and opacity meshes (which is a g-mesh used as an opacity mask).

Will I ever do anything like this ever again? Probably not it really did eat at my brain after a while. But hey on the plus side I have a fully scalable Jessica Alba at my disposal now (muhahahahahah)

Anyway sorry about the small size, but yeah I've had issues with people taking images in the past without credit etc. I will put up the outline mode of this image shortly to prove that it is a vector and that I am not pulling everyones leg. For those wondering, no I'm not handing out larger versions of this (but who knows maybe I will one day)
