I'm really not sure what I think of this photo. I like how it's "faceless," whenever I look at this photo I notice the way the first man's silhouette is standing, like he's assessing the shot. I also like how the background man is holding a cigar but you can't see his face, it gives the photo a sort of pompous feel to me. What do you think?Related content

reminds me of the cover of the "life is peachy" korn album.
i like the effect of the long shaddows. i think you caught the intent of the people in their shadows. good work.

Yeah I also agree that it would be better without the elbow and shoe... I have a couple other shots of the same subjects, so I'll take a look at my negs and see if I can come up with anything. Thanks for the idea!

i agree with kudra.. and furthermore... first thing i felt seeing this photo was such a great capture of time itself. dunno why

the shadows are great and the colors are really good but if only you hadn't captured the man's elbow and shoe. maybe only with the man -holding the cigar- and the other shadow would be perfect.
but anyway still a very good photo.

i think it was a great choice to place the faces outside of the frame. it makes one look harder at the picture. to notice the small detail such as that fat cigar. these are men who take there golf seroiusly. maybe a little to much so. many thing to like about this image. i just noticed the only thing that isnt cut off is the illusionary shadows. possiable a metaphore for thier misplaced illusionary seroiusness about such a triviel game.
