finally I finished this "God mode evil twilight sparkle" request based on the "elements of discord fic" writen by midnight shadow.[link]this is a cooperative work with my brother, designed by him (not what I was expecting but it ended being pretty badass) and colored by me.

All the pieces fit, when you look at it. But she must never find out. That is why when some of the pony's parents show up, Twilight's will be absent. Suspiciously absent.

Basically it runs as follows, you notice that in the first episode, in the library when Twilight walks past the hourglass we see a reflection of Luna? How is that possible? What kind of power or pony has that sort of connection, that on the cusp of her return, her mere presence is enough show echoes of Nightmare moon? And of course her name is a giveaway, Twilight Sparkle, twilight is the dawn of the night, when the sun sets and the first stars come out. We're also told that 'the stars will aid her escape'; what is Twilight's cutie mark but a bunch of stars? And certainly she shows similarities to Nightmare Moon, if not to Luna herself, a slightly less dark colorsheme.
And of course she is Celestia's 'faithful student'; the two are close, very close in fact, twilight seems to be almost the only pony that doesn't hold Twilight in total awe, treating her more as a respected elder. Why the closeness? Could it be that they are family of some sort? Certainty it is doubtful that Nightmare moon would care too much for a child when trying to take over, maybe the foal was forgotten or abandoned in the quest for eternal night, who can tell? But what could Celestia do? Tell the poor child her mother had to be locked in the moon for a thousand years, by her no less? No, best just not to mention it and to take good care of family as best she can.
And let us not forget that the prophecy said that Nightmare Moon would win, and that there would be eternal night. This is why Celestia stepped aside and allowed Twilight to face her, we know last time she created and wielded all the elements of harmony, so why entrust the task of not only using, but finding them to some filly who it appears has never left Canteot? Why not just take them and use them, as she had before? Because Celestia knew who Twilight really was, that in c sense she WAS Nightmare Moon, at least by blood and that this time, the only chance she stood of winning was to pitch Nightmare against her self so to speak.
So it was that these past thousand years she has been subtly preparing Twilight for the task ahead, confronting, and perhaps, through the power of friendship, redeeming her. Twilight has an extensive knowledge of magic garnered from a lifetime of study, plus a remarkable magical talent beyond anything else we've seen from anypony (Levitating a water tank filled with milk AND an ursa minor, teleporting at will, the list goes on.) Surely only a pony descended from a princess herself at the peak of her powers could do this? And she wielded the elements, something that couldn't be done by anyone else.
Anyone but the daughter of Princess Luna.

Well, I liked the idea before, but now I'm convinced.
Although, that brings up something...strange. If Twilight is Nightmare Moon's daughter, and Rarity wants to meet Princess Celestia's nephew, who would have to be the son of Luna...then Twilight has a brother!!!

Yes, yes indeed, though in Rarity's vision he doesn't look very lunaric does he? The possibility has been raise (By CSI themselves!) that this is just the product of Rarity's imagination and gossip magazines.
(Of course there are other options like Celestia having another sibling who doesn't do the whole sky thing, maybe they take care of the stars or the ground or something and we've just never heard of them. Or maybe this nephew was born in better ties, when Luna was not yet steeped in jealousy, thus he would have a far better chance of knowing his mother and maybe there was a tearful reunion at the castle after Luna was bought back a sane pony again. We may never know.)
It certainly would be interesting to see the two meet at the gala...

It took many days of discussion with a lot of intelligent men (They turned eventually, they got me into W40K, so I got them into ponies) before we managed to put all the pieces together, and we're still working. (For example, Twilight is the element of magic, that's how powerful she is, and it gives her a crown, just like Celestia... or Luna, not quite identical but...)
Like I said before, we're apparently going to see some parent ponies sometime... but not Twilight's...

Indeed, not only does she look like a ponyta, but also somewhat like Celestia in color. And no other Pony seems to have a transformation like it. And she IS the element of magic...

On a slightly related note, I've just read the latest chapter in Elements of Discord, and I am soooo looking forward to a good, old-fashioned evil vs. evil throwdown between Twilight Doom and the alternate-universe ponies!

If that's how it plans out... if I were Doom I'd go to Celeste and say 'How about we team up?' maybe even feign submission... until I was alone with her. Then I'd kill her as quickly and quietly as possible. Then I'd use some illusion magic to create a puppet princess who I would 'obey' I'd use her and my armies to crush both worlds. Then I'd wipe out the alternate universe ponyville equivalents.
But there's no telling what could happen, Twilight has the elements I'm assuming and Celeste might want them... or decide they're more useful as they are, or maybe Twilight will take control of the 'good' world before the alternate one manages to invade... so many options.
