Garrett on a balcony. I found this pose in my Thief-Screenshot-Gallery and tried to draw it. It was not easy and the screenshot is better, of course, but hey, I like it.Char:

MM yah very accurate i knew this was drawn off a screenshot before i read the description. BUT the face! Ahh! O well the face is too soft Garrett has a "tougher" face you know what i mean? Like no expressions.

it's not easy to draw a face in this perspective.
and i saw so many different interpretation of garrett. i think mine is not the worst.

that is ok. you learn from critique, but i think everyone has it's own idea of garrett's face. some draw him younger, older, with long or short hair.

I check a lot to see if anyone has added anything, one of the few things I remember to look for regularly. XD I always come up with ideas for drawing him, but I'm so inconsistent in how I portray him, and I'm never satisfied with what I do..the games are my favorites, and he is my favorite game character ever, so I feel intimidated, lol.

yes, i really like garrett. in a rpg-group i play a thief called garrett. *hehe*
in my gallery you will find several pictutres of thief and oblivion. and just draw him, don't think too long about him. everyone here has an own version of garrett, so you can do your own, too.

I played the first Thief game (The Dark Project) for the PC years ago... I was saddened when Looking Glass Studios closed it's doors...
