The seventh,and final,in a series depicting the Seven Deadly Sins.

For this one,the facial expression was very important---I'd already created "anger" and didn't want to repeat myself,so I went for an expression that suggest petulance,sour grapes,the whole "why-him-and-not-me" attitude.Of course,I also needed someone and/or something in the background for him to be envious of.

I suppose using green as the primary color might have been a LITTLE obvious,but.....!

I really enjoyed doing this series;in doing the human face,even a caricature,the face is everything.It's often a challenge to convey a specific emotion through a single image,and I certainly hope I was successful in suggesting these seven different states of mind.
