This is how I believe the Helioptile Line could turn out in an Australia based Region, of which use the same colour scheme as real world Frill Necked Lizards.It's Typing
They're Fire Types instead of Electric Types, though they still have Normal as their Secondary Type, and they still evolve using a Sun Stone.
How it Compares to Regular Helioptile and Heliolisk
They're the original forms of Helioptile and Heliolisk, of which make use of fire rather then electricity, though they're still in some way associated with the sun like their Electric Type Counterparts.
Should Heliolisk ever have a further evolution that's Electric/Fire one of these years, this Regional Regional Form of Heliolisk would evolve into a regular version of it.
