Maybe, but that might make him like James Bond or The Phantom. Max is more like the gunfighter who drifts into town and kicks ass. The Road Warrior was a sci-fi version of the 1950sΒ western 'Shane'. It even had a hero worshipping little kid, albeit a feral kid.
